I have a friend who wakes up in excruciating pain in his left side, probably due to issues of the mattress. She usually sleeps on her stomach. Apparently the new, expensive "foam" memory, the mattress is giving the most trouble, and I were wondering if anyone with copies already published similar (and similar positions on sleep!) Had recommendations to eliminate pain.
